This option isn't shown for countries where such content is geographically banned (such as India, Pakistan, Iran.. and probably some ME countries.)

@@jafarbarak984 what setting? No setting is there for you to adjust your geographical location. You can't access such content in those countries, unless you had your telegram account registered using vpn.
