Hey Tim, thanks for your tutorials. I’ve gotten into a conundrum… I work with several pagers; for mixer, instruments, fx, etc. I connect all this to VCV Rack, and it’s pretty awesome. What I can’t figure out to do is… so I have my mixer mapped with all the faders, solo, mute, pan, sends, etc. I’d like to add “copies” of these controls, like my channel one is in the mixer pager but also on my instrument pager as a copy, and the update each other… I’d like one to be the one carrying the MIDI CC, so the “copies” only send local messages.. that way I can also create unique performance pagers and have as many versions as I like and they are all up to date…. My conundrum is if I move a fader on my mixer pagers, it is also updating it’s “copy”, though the pager where the copy is gets focus, so I get moved out of where I was, and the main MIDI CC control sets itself to 0… This was a long message, but am really stuck here. Any tips?
I think I see what you're after and ya, that would be rad! Unfortunately the MIDI isn't always sending info from computer to tablet, so it's not always updating. If you want to do the local message from Fader 1 on Pager 1 to Fader 2 on Pager 2, you could definitely do that. Use the eye dropper selection tool on the document tree to select the object on the other Pager, instead of the object itself. Would that solve the local message selection issue?
@@TimCorpus Thanks for your response. That is what I did and it works fine, it’s only when I connect it through Bridge that it seems to jump around; so in dev mode, it works perfect, and when I connect it it behaves strange. And it don’t seem to be the MIDI itself (at least not from tablet to computer) since am only doing this in my TouchOSC on the computer so far. Unfortunately it doesn’t solve the glitch, but thank you. Was hoping there was a detail I’ve missed.
Hello, thanks for this videos! I wonder if you found any way to change a label's text to reflect the actual value of a fader? I did try to play a bit with the Scripted buttons video you made but I ended giving up.
Just bought Dorico and converted from Finale. You’re my new best friend. 🎉
Good luck and welcome to the team!

Hi Tim, is there a way to create the "red box" or scene navigation box in ableton using touchOSC?
Do you mean like this? ruclips.net/video/AncOktSLXcI/видео.html

Are you talking about the value in TouchOSC? I don't use the mixer in Dorico very much, so I haven't working with pulling information from it.
Hello sir. Please make have same video. Connect with gig proformar. Touch osc. Please please please
Hah, I can add it to my list.
