Homewood's Quick Autocar ACX Labrie Helping Hand Garbage Truck

Here’s one of Homewood’s newest Labrie Helping Hands working through a recycling route in New Lenox. Out of all the Labrie’s they run, I think this one may be my favorite since the arm is pretty fast and it looks really nice with the new grille. I could be wrong, but based on the numbering they run about 14-15 of these Labries and what I find neat is even though they're all spec’d the same, most have different wraps. This driver was really quick and smooth with this truck, which made it fun to watch, and the snowstorm moving in added a pretty cool effect in the background too. Pretty glad to get this truck featured on my channel, and I hope you all enjoy the video!

Only if Mack could redesign the passenger mirror bracket on the lr trucks. You have to move the whole mirror forward to open the door. This guy gets out the cab and didn't have to move the mirror. Amazing!

Yeah I can’t stand the mirror setup on the work side of those low entry Macks, and it’s an absolute pain trying to snake your arm through the door to move the mirror too. Autocar definitely has it figured out!

Compared to most drop frame ASLs, I think these are better than most. There is a crusher panel that rests against that left side wall that can help flatten boxes to fit better in the hopper
