It looks like Indian curry.. in India we call it mix-veg and eat with naan or roti...I would personally add green chillies and garam masala too...I stumbled upon yr video of how u reversed yr stage 4 kidney disease and was impressed with your dedication. I am too type 2 diabetic and that video had inspired me to reverse my diabetes. A big salute 🫡 to you for your hard work and dedication.... Love from INDIA 🙏

Yeah, Petra! I'm always happy to see the German Princess. She taught me by example how to make my breakfast shake, and how to make it palatable. You can bet I will be trying this curry recipe this weekend.
I'm a Clinical Nutritionist, I have some pointers for this recipe. Use Idaho potatoes and make sure to boil them for at least 10 mins before preparing, this will cut the potassium down by half ! Also use RED bell pepper rather than green. Potatoes are not really recommended with ckd higher than 3. My veteran hubby just had his right kidney removed, stage 4 in remaining kidney also diabetic.
Hi Glenn, do you know of any recipe using tofu? I am trying to switch more on plant based diet. Kudos to your wife for cooking and you as a good kitchen assistant. :)
Hey Glenn I'm new to ckd, the recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of salt . How many grams of salt should someone with ckd consume a day God bless enjoying watching a healthy ckd recipe.

Hi Glenn, do you know of any recipe using tofu? I am trying to switch more on plant based diet.
Kudos to your wife for cooking and you as a good kitchen assistant. :)
Yes, however tofu is an acidic food, so it is necessary to cancel out the acidity with something alkaline. Typically I use paprika and parsley.
The VA told my dad he can’t have potato’s because of his diabetes/pancreas failing. I’m trying to help him reverse his CKD now.
Love love love the cooking videos!!! Thank you so much!

I eat very little of the frozen plant based foods as the majority or them are unhealthy. There are only about two items I eat.
the best part of curry is tumeric...a powerful antioxidant
Glen, I tried to find the recipe in the groups but was unable to. Is it just in the feed or someplace else?
