Went fishing yesterday 15/01/22.....at a old brick pit lake over l00yrs old....a fantastic place.... ...8 ft til on two banks....dropping to over 20/25 ft.....when we came out of first lockdown....I fished it on feeder 8ft shelf.....bagged up over 100lb bream 👍......I went yesterday.....boy was it bitter !!!.... Only armed with ground bait,a few worms nd small tin of sweetcorn....found a 14/16 ft ledge..... picked out my far bank marker.....clipped up 25yrds....put two micro feeder full of groundbait with 3 pieces of corn....not to over feed....every 4th cast would add 3 pieces of corn......I really didn't expect to catch to be honest!!!......but ended up with 20lb + of bream 👍.....only fed around 15 pieces of corn.....nd half pint of groundbait 😊.....secret was on pinpoint casting, not over feeding.......nd sieved groundbait.......plus had to twich feeder bk at least 3 times for bite👍......happy days 🤗
Hi Dean glad to see you put most of your water in upfront. I do it aswell and find 1pint water = 1kg of Sensas groundbait. Good video and thanks. By the way how much power gum do you use on the link. I used to do it years back but your the 2nd person in last week using power gum to cushing fish.
Anyone have the details of the feeder gum connection. Main line to feeder gum and feeder gum to hook length. The main line connection looks like a swivel and tail rubber if sorts. Not sure about the hook length?
Hi I certainly enjoyed that. Great to learn from a top class angler like Dean. Regards Bill
I'm going over a bunch of videos about winter feeder fishing. I learn something new almost any time. Thanks for sharing, really interesting video.
Enjoyed the video, some great tips 👍
Dean and Tom great video but at 8.17 when you abbreviate Countries, it has an unwarranted outcome. LOL
Great video, always enjoy them,
Great vid and great tips 👍🏻🎣
Lovely simple fishing! 👍
