It was Christmas Day where I live today and I literally feel the same way as you for everything. So many family meals and people who don't know and ahhhh so stressful! It's so hard to know what's a normal sized meal to normal people because our eds twist it all so much. Good luck girl x

Honestly I hope this is your year that everything goes right please stay strong a lot of people love you do it for them I know you can really make it through. And I want you to know that the scars that you have are stronger than the skin that was there before, same goes how strong you are. Your struggles make you strong so keep fighting :)
I'm sorry to hear things are not 100% steady with your ED I hooe it looks up soon, and I too are scaru about this holiday im at my fiancés family and they are already worried about ny eating so I'm feel really scared so you or anyone arw jot alone in the holiday panic stay story beautiful and I hope your Christmas and celebration s goes well :)
