Just the title and I'm like..... Dang. I wasted my time a couple weeks ago and I got rejected from all 10 jobs I wrote custom cover letters for. Every single one. What a WASTE of time. I could have been applying to 40 more jobs that day!
I noticed there were other negative comments on that video. I think the reason is because people become defensive towards an easy solution to what they think is a difficult problem. People will shoot down the solution and come up with excuses instead.
