Could Singapore citizens (overseas foreigners) buy properties in Spain?
Hi look up how. They do allow foreign ownership as their population is aging and they allow different ways to get extended visas and working visas and investor visas. This is changing to reflect the need for different demographics. I am considering applying as 'retired' as I have the funds to live their without working or as virtual worker visa which means I work in Canada but via the net and live in Spain as a resident. Also look up tax treaties ie is there one between Spain and Singapore so if you do work there you are not double taxed and there are other videos posted by consultants who help foreigners buy homes and resettle in Spain.
