- Hi I’m this Video we see how fast the e91 will be with all the work done and the STG1 remap. I’ve deleted the swirl flaps, removed and blanked the EGR, replaced the dpf with a full 3” Darkside delete and crept the std exhaust along with a new pipercross filter. So let’s see if we can beat the std 0-60 times with the dragy 😎

16K white bulbs are NOT white, the higher the "K" the BLUER the bulb.
Done well for a manual as well 👍
Thanks mate, my shifts could have been quicker 😂, Tbh think it could have done better, but I’m happy with 6.3 😎👍🏻💪🏼

i’ve got an e91 325d n57 and it is stage 1 and i also have the gearbox running xhp stage 3. honestly it is a completely different car. the power it puts down and how smooth it does it is insane
Hi mate, thanks for watching, the e91 is manual, the way it should be 😂, but I’m considering the xhp for the f31 as I’m not massively happy with the Alpina map on it
honestly mate the xhp map is something i’m glad i did. the gear changes are so quick you don’t even realise. pulls like a train. i would suggest getting it done if your looking into it. you won’t regret it
Nice one, think there’s a vid coming 😂💪🏼😎
i havent had any issuses but my pressure is somthing like 15psi ill double check
Hi mate 15psi pressure? 😎👍🏻
This video has just made me make my decision, I've booked my car in for the lot. Thanks 🎉
😂love it u definitely won’t be disappointed, changes the car, had to do a little overtaking today on a slip road 4 easy 😉 you’ll love it 😎👍🏻
thats just amazing great content bro stunning bit of power off the owl girl pulling like a train 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌💪💪
Thanks mate, happy with the times from the manual, still think she can do better tho 😎👍🏻💪🏼💪🏼
Should have bought Audit bulbs i don't get any bongs 👍
U got a link mate, the ones I got were £30+ a set a lot brighter but it’s £10 for the can buss adapters and I’m not sure where I’ll mount them 🤦🏼♂️😎👍🏻
Still quick. Do you think times would be comparable with auto transmission Tom or no? It’s so difficult to gauge… was the topic of our conversation. The manual, 6hp or 8hp? 👍🏻✌🏻🇬🇧
That’s a good point mate, I’ll have to see how the firs up against the misses once I’ve got the egr/swirl flaps done, as that’s a 6hp auto, 😎👍🏻
Hello mate does your car pass mot with no dpf ?
Can’t see why not mate, but I’ll find out this mot, not looking forward to re fitting a gutted dpf tho just for looks🤷🏼♂️, misses car has flown though the last 3 with hers gutted and mapped out 😎👍🏻
Good times for a manual
Thanks mate, I was happy 😂😎👍🏻
interesting, my bone stock '07 E91 330D auto does 6.38 (Sub 6.5 reliably, even when damp) I genuinely thought the manual would be faster.
Hi mate, it probably is just my driving 😂👍🏻😎
@@330dfam I suppose the auto is kinda cheating 😂
Only if u have launch control 😂, there may have been a few variables, Iv had to change the rear shocks since, and the cars done over 190,000, still I’ll take the blame for not dumping the clutch quite as I should have 😂😎💪🏼
@@330dfam I'm on 181k miles myself. its on the standard gearbox map too, so no launch control, just a cheeky brake boost. although got a stage 1 planned in the next week or so, so will have to see what it does then. A colleague of mine has an E90 330d auto with a stage 1 and similar mods to yourself, dpf delete, egr, filter... and with the same G-TechPro measuring tool I used, achieved 5.4 seconds 0-60, so hopefully I can get somewhere close to that 🤞
Whereabouts are you from brother ? Would you be up for doing some content? I’d be interested to see the different in E series 330d vs F series 330d
Sorry auxito bulbs
Hi mate sorted mine, just used BimmerCode and coded them to LED, no deedid bongs or flashing😂👍🏻
Those are good time on a manual! Well done Tom 💪
Thanks mate 💪🏼😎👍🏻
I was tempted to remap my e90 330d but heard lots of things about the engines losing all reliability once remapped?
Also does the car smell much more with the dpf delete? Good times they are!
Personally reliability seems ok, Iv had the e46 mapped about 5yrs ago it’s now on 250,000 and going strong, the misses e92 was done 3yrs ago, and done 50,000 with no issues, obviously the e91 was done recently but time will tell😂. Had no bad smells and bad black smoke with the DPF delete, think u only get that with a bad map, leaking injectors or other issues, or maybe when u go straight though on the exhaust, people tend to come up with horror stories when the don’t look after or abuse their engines, could be wrong tho, still the f31 booked in for a map aswell😂😎👍🏻
@@Tom-dz7of sounds all good to me! That bmw doctor on RUclips is another one saying not to map them but if you’ve done 50k on the e92 with no issues it clearly can’t be that bad 😂 where did you get the deletes done? I’m after a good place to do my egr and dpf delete and map them out. 👍🏻
@@CbrDAN where are u based mate? Any reputable garage tuning company can do it. Just out of curiosity why does the bmw doc think it’s a bad idea when I think bmw do offer a map anyway from new,I could be wrong on that but pretty sure they do. As I say no issues on any of mine, guess it’s how you use and look after them🤷🏼♂️
@@Tom-dz7of god knows a lot of people think he’s a bit of a knob. I’ve watched his stuff on m57 he says great engines loads of reliability but only if you leave them alone. That’s only reason I’ve ever been put off messing with mine. Although I do find it fast as standard. So I would even be happy with just a dpf and egr delete and no power map. Just map the egr and dpf out. I’m based in Wolverhampton 😊
Don’t know any tuners near u as I’m north west, the m57 is an strong engine, just need looking after, I’d definitely do the egr, but that’s my personal opinion as they can clog the engine, swirl flaps are always a good idea aswell, if the engine gets regular runs on long journeys and running well so it will regenerate you shouldn’t need to do the dpf but that’s your choice. Lost of people mod the m57 with no issues, think is more how you treat and look after it. My e46 m57 is on 250,000 and still going strong it’s only needed a turbo/clutch but that can be expected, it could probably do with chain aswell as I think it’s still on original 🤷🏼♂️😎👍🏻
Can we get a detailed video of removing the dpf
What do u need to know? It’s pretty simple, I tried to show the main points in the video, have u watched it? support the engine, and disassemble, the only real issue is the bolt in the engine mount, I tried to show exactly how I tackled it, tho only other way is to drop the subframe for better access, but I’d only recommend that with a ramp 😎👍🏻
@Tom-dz7of yeah I watched the video mate that engine mount looks terrible to do
@@rctodayukshaun4817 it’s not that bad once u get your head round it 🤔, be a lot easier next time😂, getting it back on was alot easier 😎👍🏻
Can you pass an mot without dpf
@@derekporter66 if emissions are ok and the MOTer doesn’t notice yes, but it can be a risk, a jobs worth MOTer could fail it
Can't listen to that, ''errrm'' every 5 seconds.
Scroll on buddy
Thanks for the feedback 🙄
Have done, you're welcome!@@330dfam
