Here's what worked for me - not a rule, just a guideline! 13-15 knots > 8.5 2-cam freerace over 124 L freeride 15-18 knots > 7.5 no cam freeride over 124 L freeride 18-22 knots > 6.5 no cam freeride over 100 L FSW 22-26 knots > 5.7 5-batten wave over 100 L FSW >26 knots > 5.0 5-batten wave over 100 L FSW And soon: 11-14 knots > 10.0 Race over Super Lightwind 156 L x 90cm W

Team33 I'm 85kg/187lb. The board is about 7kg. That's a Starboard AtomIQ 114 with sail range 5.5 to 8.5. Cheers!
