    I missed the first two lectures of my inorganic chem class because I enrolled later and was SO lost. Your two videos have helped A LOT and I even corrected the prof when he said that the principle rotation axis of the chair conformation of cyclohexane was c2 yesterday :) More please!

    Yeah, it's an example one of my professors used. Just for fun, really, since it doesn't exist. We ended up doing an MO diagram to explain why it can't happen.

    Thank you !!!! Is crazy because there are no videos on this material anywhere. Justa quick note. You can have a S (Improper axis) without the Sigma h Example Methane (the most common configuration) not planar one??? Right ??? But is just a note your vid did help a lot. Thank you smarty pants !

    Methane: surprisingly the most confusing molecule in chemistry

      tetrahedrons are tricky to get your head around. Its hard to prove to yourself that methane has exactly 3 C2 axes.
