Just because they were both published by Bandai namco doesn’t mean that this game has the same exact developers as sparking zero, same publisher but different sets of developers & teams that have wayyy different backgrounds and ideas. The people who are defending this game in regards to the valid points you’ve made clearly are in denial this game is in shambles, having a season where they barely gave anything to keep players motivated to play or to keep coming back is downright disappointing, it’s like the developers just became lazy & stopped putting effort into the game, i use to love playing this game on my days off from work & now its just become a distant memory that only has small relevance when someone is talking about the state the game is in.
Queue time is insanely long still. But somehow I’ve seen so many C1-5 in matches. I’m like y’all need to be on SZ not this game, because seriously the influx of new people has most standing around playing with their asses and not doing anything.
Now I remember why I unsubscribed from the channel While originally I did sub for the Breakers content as a whole, nowadays it just feels like a very forced interaction to see you even bother with booting up Breakers - hell, even the act you put on when Item Recovery was initially unveiled just felt, wrong. Like the pessimistic feel just took over entirely and forcibly revoked any and all possible enjoyment for the shell of a game Breakers has become. It was fun when you were having fun, but now it's like you're watching someone stub their toe and struggling very, VERY hard not to let loose a line of creative language that'd make a sailor blush. To me it just feels awkward, second hand embarrassment burning on my head as I'm just wondering "damn, why is he doing this to himself?" The magic is gone, and unless the devs do a 180° on how they've treated the game and actually do stuff right this next season, it's staying gone. It'll probably be for the best to stay moving on, not even doing content coverage for Breakers if they decide to keep it alive for as long as they do XV (putting it on life support and calling it "alive")
