I consider myself Lucky 🤞 because I was a Part of Team lead by a Team Leader who was Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Excellent Manager who allowed me to implement the Teaching of the Short Crash Course for a Project which was very very very Important for the Management.😊 Since then I always wanted to Learn, Study and understand Six Sigma in Detail, but couldn't.... however now after coming across your Channel I am Glad and Happy that I can learn Six Sigma in Detail.😊

This will happen when you are in pre define phase and talking to project stake holders. You need to get their sign off in the beginning of the project on what they agree as scope. Otherwise scope creep can happen later in the project
So you have a video on predefined phase ? Few questions : 1) 6sigma project takes place when problem is unknown and hence the solution. So how to mention milestones and budget. 2) as problem is unknown and so as the solution , how to mention stakeholders. We might need help from IT to upgarde a software or may be the problem will be fixed within the function group. 3) there are many books on six sigma which talk a lot about statstics in define phase what about it.
