If you hit a really good gen by chance, is there a way to freeze it, to save the sound at that time?
I guess you could at least export it to MIDI and re-import.
@@marcusfreeweb does it work that way? seems like generative uses midi input to generate random sound, if what your saying is true you only export the already played midi you input in the first place and the not the actual midi (instrument) output. The question is can you play every instrument with midi input and not have at generated at all or is it forced all the time?

How do you start the drums with your keyboard? A special key for every patch or that has to be set for each patch?

i have not used this software yet, it looks like some patches have inbuild drumkits which can be turned off and on by the macro key section (3 knobs and 2 buttons) at the bottom right hope i have answered your question

So, controller wise, guessing a Novation SL Series MK 3 will be perfect for this (as an Ableton guy)? My Komplete Kontrol M32, while a perfect portable controller, is a tad small.

Hi Bartek , do you know how to mute the parts of Avenger with a daw ? The buttons don't have midi learn and don't respont to r/w .
In the mixer section you can mute and assign to midi

no its never exactly the same
they don't need us anymore! It's funny but I could have sworn I've seen something like this concept years ago. I think korg had a randomising engine in a synth? Maybe I'm wrong. if not then funny how things come back around...

He uses FL studio
he's playing live. the synth has sequences and arpeggiated sounds, built in drum sequencer, arpeggiator and tons of modulation possibilities.
Yeah, the multi engine, multiple arrpegios (and now with these randomize features) combined with the drum sequencer means: you can rock the fuck out of one patch. So much fun, man. Avenger sits somewhere between UVI Falcon's power and magic and Pigments/ Serum' easy to grasp interface
