They returned the document because they have made a copy of it. They will contact you via email is you are accepted or rejected. Keep an eye on the application portal.

You can't enroll until you have been accepted to the program. Once you're accepted, you will then be able to enroll because enrollment mean you have to pay the semester fee. But if you are askimg about using the registeration number as reference when sending your document. Then yes. But if you are applying for the summer semester, you will need to make a new registeration.

I think you have to take your original together with the photocopy to get them legalised. You don't want people to tamper with the original ones.

You can't enroll until you have been accepted to the program. Once you're accepted, you will then be able to enroll because enrollment mean you have to pay the semester fee.

Yes. The notary/ embassy needs to see the original in order to authenticate the documents. After that, you can then send the authenticated copy.
