Yes. It is whey when photographers say to me that it just looks like a snapshot, I tell them to try to do it. It is not easy, it is skill and vision.

A street photo at S/E corner of 57th Street at Madison Avenue. Another pic on 5 ave. where Gucci was at time for years. Steam from leaks down to around hot pipes etc. Usually vented around time of work down there. Are the street pics really great? I think they gain from age, people and places changed over time.

Thanks for making these episodes Don I have been turning my photographic eye to a lot of the work you have featured as inspiration, I recently bought Girls in the windows and other stories by Ormond Gigli at the used book store and hope you do a piece on him .
