Is this the same head unit used navigation on ? Or there is another command head unit controlling navigation or speech feautures?

Thanks for the excellent video of how to remove the command unit. I have the exact same unit but my DVD changer is making a chirping sound and not working. Could be jammed. Is there an easy fix? Let me know, thanks.

There is no easy fix. CD Changer mechanism needs to be replaced or repaired.
