ABS is truly a life saver. It saved me from many crashes. Breaking system in KTM is really good. I was Cruising at 115-120kmph on my duke 200 BS6. Suddenly a cow came across (I thought I was gonna hit that cow but ABS saved me) 115 to 25kmph in less than 3 seconds (that too without losing the balance) That's the hardest braking I've ever done. That day when I reached the home I literally kissed the front disc as the tears started rolling out on my cheeks ( I know it sounds bit awkward but for me it saved my life and cow's too.) I still can't forget the Break pads squeezing the disc sound.
I was about to buy MT15 but considering the dual Channel ABS I went for DUKE 200 which is almost 60-70k higher in price. But I'll never regret my decision.😇😇 Always be thankful for the technologies like this 🤗Safety comes first. Ride safe all of you❤️😊😊
One question most of the 150cc bikes come with single channel abs that means abs available only in front brake .so in that case if we are in 70 ,80 and put pressure on rear brake will that stop or should we apply front too .
@@ironman0181 I’ll always prefer front brake than rear brake. Considering the bigger disc size, front brake has better stopping capability than rear brake. It gives much confidence while applying brakes.
@@naveen_on_duke have a doubt can we apply front brake when we are sailing at 70 without applying rear brake .had met with an accident a 1year ago I suddently applied front brake and bike got skidded after that am so worrryd about applying front brake .so basically am saying that wont we loose the control like bike will have force from rear wheel so if we only press so how does that work

As per my knowledge Yes, ABS disk breaks after market sikre aksbowdhu but it requires good skills to install, there are some conditions to calibrate the breaking system. Sensors and disk yella match agbeku swalpa complicated things iruthe and by default baro unit is trust worthy, after market alteration availability idhru it is more risky.
( Just shared acc to my knowledge, sorry if I am wrong)
