- One of my longest and most brutal days of driving 200km on India's most extreme roads to reach Kaza in Spiti Valley. Although the drive provided me some of the most beautiful terrain I had ever seen, it was the start of an amazing trip through the famous Spiti Valley mountains in the Himachal Pradesh.

in summers North Indians eat late especially himalayans cause in winters it gets dark at 3:30 & complete dark by 6 pm. that's why it is so in summers & also we take 4 meals in whole day

Spiti Valley roads are scary! Wow what's the elevation? Altitudes and height kill me. Safe driving.
hey. the elevation typically is around 12000 ft there but at places it can go much higher. several of the highest motorable passes in the world are in that area (baralacha la for ex)
