The Stridsvagn 81 was the Swedish designation for the Centurion Mk 3. Sweden acquired a batch of 80 Centurion Mk 3 in 1953, and another batch of 160 in 1955 with a few modifications from the later Mk 5 version like a new barrel with bore evacuator. The Strv 81 would serve in the Swedish army from 1953 until the 2000s as the backbone of the Swedish armoured forces alongside the Strv 103. They had an extensive service and would be modernized a few times throughout their service to meet standards as time progressed, becoming the Strv 102 and 104, but would eventually be replaced by the more modern Strv 121.

No, they are both good tanks. An experienced played will beat Mk. 5/1 RAAC with Strv 81
I played it 7 games, aced it ofc. Here’s the breakdown: it’s literally a centurion 1 from the tech tree, but it doesn’t get hesh. Literally, an identical tank with 200 alpha instead of 190, and no hesh. Cost me 25k gold, don’t waste yours, this is the kind of tank will show up next Black Friday for 5k gold

@@namazlur78 most high tier British tanks get high pen HE as either premium ammo or regular he e.i. Cent one gets 190 alpha AP with 230 pen and 260 alpha premium HE (hesh) with 187 pen

better introduce strict rules. Rating is a problem because a player with two fights buys a premium tank and plays Rating which is absurd. separate bad players from Rating who have 49 percent win and less than 5000 fights

Strv 81 is up there with Centurion Mk. 5/1 RAAC and Defender Mk.1 while Centurion 1 is their poor alternative
They missed out, they didn't give it the Sabaton Primo Victoria camo from wot PC
Sabaton fan here. I own both Strv K with Konung camo and Strv 81 with Kampe camo. I was hoping for Primo Victoria but Kampe camo looks good too and in the end, Strv 81 and Strv K have something in common with Sabaton...so i am ok with that
Now I'm thinking about the Strv K Spirit of War

I advise you to not buy this tank. Is just a little better Centurion I with no interesting gameplay... Anyway is better to pick up Centurion Mk. 5/1 for a better alternative.

Add Swedish voice crew please. I have Strv K with Konung camo and EMIL 1951 as premium/collector Swedish tanks and i plan to get Tornvagn tomorrow from Web Shop and maybe Strv 81 too...but i need Swedish voice crew. Come on Wargaming! I am a big fan of Sweden tanks.

Да все танки хороши,но на соревнованиях играют в основном на 6 танках,Маус,ИС-7, Бабаха,Кранвагн,B-C 25t , Минотавр,так что всё остальное просто реклама!
