    Excuse me, In Example 1 (Business makes a cash sale of 100)
    You Debit Bank account, WHY?
    I mean, if you sale something on cash, then you have to debit cash account
    Right?

      A cash sale doesn't mean something paid for in cash. It means an instant exchange of a product or service for cash, i.e. not a sale on credit.

    what's petty cash sale?

      A sale made and the payment goes into petty cash. I hope this helps.

      Means the amount recieved from sale in the form of cash which will be debit on Petty cash account

    Please what is the difference between purchases and expenses ?

      Purchases an example will be when your business buys goods from a supplier.
      Expenses will be things like staff wages or bills like Rent electricity etc.
