Where are the dev, qa and staging environments in this proccess? When you deploy automatically to prod environment it is know as continous deployment, not continous delivery.

Dev QA, Staging, Pre-prod, Team Env, are just names of environments that can or can not exist based on the company needs and teams decisions.
There can be variety of was to have it set.
On the video you can see both, continues delivery and continues deployment.
Continues delivery will have a manual Release Trigger: Even though everything up to the point of release is automated, the final deployment to production requires manual approval. This control mechanism allows for additional checks or for coordination with business objectives.
With continues deployment every change that passes all stages of your production pipeline is released to your customers automatically, without explicit approval for release.
