Hi Frank, i dont do social media except for this. Just eanted you to know how much i have appreciated your instruction videos. I have been through culinary education, done stages when i travelled on business or vacation and do all the family cooking. Still, i learned more practical things from you than any other channel or person that i can remember, excepr maybe for my Grandmother who had me tasting every five minutes. Important concept.
