Then edit the video or hire an editor. He also has to manage his channel. And make sure he stays relevant to the algorithm of RUclips. Etc.. on the subject of his health, he probably calculates his weekly caloric intake and take into account of these videos where he basically has a cheat meal so that he still eats what his weekly calorie intake is. So let’s say each week he’s only allowed to eat 14,000 calories (2000 a day). He will calculate what his filming day food will amount to: for example this sugary meal might be 5,000 calories. So subtract that from his weekly, you get 9000/week. So each day he is allowed to eat 1500 calories. And on his film day, he can pig out and eat this. But his weekly calorie intake remains 14,000. So he won’t gain or lose weight. Plus he probably exercises to stay in shape. It’s pretty easy math if you have the discipline and dedication.
