Thank you so much. You are quiet right that the user manual is not user friendly. I had to come here for a proper guide for using this device. Thanks again.
If you open the case and look at the earphones from a bird's eye view (directly from the top) you should be able to see a red light on each earphone through the small hole that's at the top of each earphone. If there's a red light it's charging and if there's no light then it's not. You may have to tilt it around a bit to be able to see the red light. Also make sure the case is showing a blue light too else it's not charging either. You can see this light either through the charging port or from the same bird's eye view as before (there's a blue light on the left and right hand side of the case when charging). The blue light changes to red if you are charging the case.
Look down into the open case. You can VERY faintly see red on either side of the case. EDIT - If the red on the side is blinking it's charging, and if it's continuous it's charged. Had mine 6 months now, and usually a charge takes no more than 30 minutes) Hope this helps.
This is confusing, I just bought it. Do I charge the case first or charge both earpods and case at the same time. The instructions says the case will pulsate blue, but I don't see that. Also, should the cable go all the way in, or is it normal for a bit of silver still to be exposed? Thanks for your video but you should have shown the charging process. That would have really helped me :)
Just got a pair. My only complaint is that the lowest volume is way loud. I got them just to fall asleep with so I don’t damage my Bose noise cancelling headphones and my stupid phone doesn’t have a jack for a cable but because the volume is so high it’s difficult to fall asleep. I’ve tried adjusting all my sound settings on my phone with no luck. Also is it just me or is there no way to adjust the volume on the actual earphones or do you have to use your phone ?
There is no way to adjust the volume on the earphones them self. Try and download a volume controll ap from the app store. It might give you better controll over how much your volume jumps from 0 to 1. Could help.
I got a pair today and ,after messing around for a few minutes, figured out that you can actually change the volume from the earphones. Double click the left earphones multi-function button twice to increase the volume and the right one twice to decrease the volume. You can also triple click the left button to go to the next song and triple click the right button to go to the previous song.
You can only connect them one at a time. You have to pair them with both devices and then use them one at a time. They won't connect to two different devices at the same time. Thank you
Mine shows the led lights right in the front and shows which is left and right but when I put it in the case it lights up inside the case any idea why?
Just Check if both are switched on. And charged. First swich them on one by one to see if they GO on. Then open bluetooth menue and connect to them. If only one connect and both is charge then the one must be damaged. You might have to take them back.
The case charges the earpods. To charge the case takes about 4 hours and then the case charges the earpods in about 2 hours. The case has enough capacity to charge the earpods 5 times.
I got the amplify note x yesterday that's why I'm here. On cell phone amazing. On laptop it cuts then plays and I'm literally ontop of my laptop I'm taking it back tomorrow morning back to hi fi Corp 😂😂😂😂😂 did kak earpods
try disconecting them from the phone. Switch both buds on at the same time. make sure you hear the tones to indicate that they are on. Reconnect with device. Hope it works.
Hey! I tried playing RUclips through these earphones, buy the sound comes out of my phones speaker. All other apps play through the earphones. Could you maybe help with this please?
Have you diconected the Bluetooth again and then reconnect. It is strange that it will allow other apps to play thrue the earphones and exclude youtube. I have never had such a problem. Will see if I can find a solution for you.
Yes it is a problem. The only way to know of they were charging is to put them in the case for 2 hours and then see the battery level on your phone. My p30 shows the bluetooth battery level of the device it is connected to.

@@nicolebell-m1y there is no volume controll on the earphones them selves. Unfortunately. I just weny into the app store and looked for an eq. Hope you come right.
I just charge them for the time specified and then I use them. On your phone when they are connected via Bluetooth there should be a small battery indicator next to the Bluetooth icon. Should give you an idea of how full they are.
Are you connected to any other device? Remove all Bluetooth devices and search for the note again. Try to connect to them. If not connecting you might have damaged unit.
You don't. That was one of the things I was complaining about. There are small Led lights on the units them self but no Led on the case to show if they are charging OR not.

Idk if it’s just me but I don’t have a light at the bottom of my case
I think oy depends on the case culour. Black is difficult to see where as white shines through.
My left one ain't working it's not making a sound its only able to control
Thank you for the very useful info!

if you "over-open" the lid slightly the lid stays open, there is a slight resistance to overcome...
Thanks for the review.watching this video on the buds now.probleem is dit raak pap onder n uur.en die ear buds is nuut.

Wow thanks bro 👌💥 great channel
the button makes the case charge the earphones i expect..thats what it does on my genuine Airpods
My case turns blue when I charge it and switch off. And also when I take them out the flash red and blue and switch off. What can I do?
I think you will have to return them. Sounds like battery problem.

I am on my 3rd pair. They either dont charge both ear pieces or they have less than 2 hours play time. Not impressed
hi my earphones are charged but are not turning on what should i do?
Press and hold both buttons on the earphones for 5 seconds and hear if they play a sound. If nothing then you might have faulty units.

Hello :) Great video! I don't know how to turn up the volume :/ Is there a mobile app that I can use to adjust it? I have an iPhone
