- This is an all-vinyl mix of some of my favorite atmospheric / intelligent drum & bass records from the golden age of 1994-97. It was recorded in the Method One studio in August 2011.
NOTE: Because of RUclips copyright restrictions, the opening song ("Wash Over Me" by PFM) had to be cut and removed from the mix.

Nice Mix here! Reminds me of back in the day when we would go to the Wednesday night drum circle, and in the back room they would play this type of drum and bass (Super chill liquid) or what~ever the reference is... Keep up the great mixing, New Subscriber Here
Yes, this was recorded on Technics 1200 turntables with a Rane TT57 mixer, just like the cavemen of old ;-) Thanks for the comment, and for subscribing!

Is a full version of Distance MK II available somewhere? Would love to put it in a mix someday
Not right now (unless you can find the Nexus Recordings “Tayla presents Soul Survivors” CD and rip it) but…it will be released again, probably later this year
@@method-one I just stumbled upon your post of the digital files that were found of your old tunes! Eagerly waiting for the releases :)
