    Evan Stark is Professor of Public Administration at Rutgers University and Chair of the Department of Urban Health Administration at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey’s School of Public Health on the Newark campus. He holds a joint appointment in the Department of Women and Gender Studies at Rutgers-New Brunswick and is the Director of the Graduate Program in Public Health at Rutgers-Newark. At the School of Public Affairs and Administration, Dr. Stark directs the health track within the MPA program, is the liaison to the UMDNJ-School of Public Health and has primary responsibility for the Ph.D core course on Governance and Politics in Democratic Society and for MPA/MPH classes on Health Management, Violence in the U.S., Leadership and Diversity, and Introduction to Health Systems and Policy.
