I went to his restaurant The Maze in London once. It was one of the greatest meals I’ve ever had, certainly the greatest steak I’ve ever had. The staff thought my family and I were so nice that they gave us a tour of the kitchen. I learned a few cooking tips from them that I still use to this day

Buy frozen. Sushi grade tuna is frozen, in fact, a lot of the fish in grocery stores is previously frozen, they just charge more to the it out for you.

Love you! I'm from a council estate in Australia (also known as housos) and we never cut the crusts off our bread (less food) or cut them straight down ... Diagonal all the way! :)
