Hi,
Is your GPU nvidia nvs 3100m?
What is the idle and use temperatures?
Mine goes 65-90 just with idle.
I suspect that heatsink went bad.

65-75 can be considered ok, everything else if itis not win 10 is far from ok and you should really check whats wrong with cooling system
