Just a little tip: When you use ink/sharpies start drawing from left to right (opposite if you are left handed) so you don't risk going over it with your hand causing ink smudges.
Don't know why but this reminds me of the concept or truth that: From the inside, we all have our own flaws, but on the outside many of us want to and always show themselves to be perfect.. just how here, behind there were even some smudges outside the lines or something but on the main side, the picture was coming out perfect.. Anyways, it was amazing!
I have a couple questions, anybody who’s done this before can answer! 1. Can you paint over the lines? 2. How would you get an inverted photo? 3. If the character had more detailed eyes, is there a different/specific way to do it?
1. Yessss! Just be careful because if you put a lot of pressure while painting or if the paint is too watery it can smudge the lines 2. I use pages on mac to invert my photo, you can put a regular photo and invert in any thing like google docs or wherever you plan to print the photo. There should be an option to invert the image just like how there is to crop 3. Got colored eyes or if the center has multiple colors do the small white highlight first, then the next color bordering the white such as black, blue, etc, then every color after. Kind of like a ripple. Then do the background of the eye like white
I find that if u use an oil based part marker like she suggests u have no problem painting over the lines. But if u use a water based paint markers they tend to smear and blend with the paint marker
I liked your glass painting tutorial tbh I've always wanted to try this but sadly I don't have enough money to buy the materials I needed for my anime glass painting but I'm still hoping to do it soon 😍✨

OMHG, that’s really impressive and amazing!!!! I heard a lot of great things about Anime Glass Paintings, this is so unique and I NEED TO DO THAT!!!!! 😍🤩💖❤️👑🙌🏽
Really good! I love the glass painting and the manga panels behind the painted glass was a good idea. Thanks for encouraging me to do glass painting lol
i recommend you to use scratch glass to mix paint.because if you use mix palette, the colours are not really gonna match like 20% maybe lol, cause when you paint on glass the paint is gonna be more lighter.
Hello, i honestly just add colors together and see what happens. This guy has a great video on mixing skin and shadows :)) ruclips.net/video/I_UDgCGbWsQ/видео.html
I try and paint my on paper first so I can know what colors will blend well together to get the color I need, but usually I just use whatever looks right to me 😂
To anyone starting out DONT USE STROKES they Leave unpainted spots and and opaque You should use dab and stroke (now I’m bad at explaining so Bair with me) dap and strop is taking a blob of paint putting it where you need it and then stroke it the upper part (not the whole paint blob)
Please do make more videos like this on Anime characters like Ace , zoro , Itachi and many more This is the best video I saw on glass painting The best , perfection.
I’m still not good at matching my mixed colors to the skin tone, and even why I try to find a premixed one, I don’t know what the color is called so I just end up lost 😅 like I wouldn’t have been able to find out luffy’s shading is mixed with

Using an oil pen just makes so much sense. I’ve been trying this but I keep using acrylic pens, and I keep wondering why they always smudge when I start adding more paint. God that’s so smart
Products are linked in the description box !!
Can you use a gel pen for the outline instead of the sharpie pen?
@@Nicole-tr1fm hi! I’m not sure if regular gel pen would write on glass, but you could try! I recommend just using a marker from the start
@@minjoonie oh ok, thank you. :)
Do you put some water in the colors, because they look thinner than mine
The cheaper paint i use comes more runny. I dont add anything to paint just mix colors!

I’ll keep that in mind for next time!! I always forget then regret not doing it after haha
For me I have a force of habit of going right to left. It’s annoying
@@duckster-fos2747 me too! It feels more natural to start that way for me

Thanks for the tip! You can also use it in drawing with pencils on paper too because it happens very often
Oh man this looks so easy and so hard at the same time :(

Can you explain in brief some mistakes which we can avoid because I am about to give this a shot
