Veterans had to regularly “stalk and park,” meaning they followed anyone in the park areas asking if they were leaving so they could park in their slot. Demoralizing! People would be in tears if they missed the appointment they waited 6 months for. Thank you, Judge for understanding the plight of our Veterans! 🇺🇸

Saw Judge Caprio for the first time years ago on Parking Wars. Thought he was a fantastic judge and a wonderful person. I had no idea about this channel. The other day it popped up in my suggested video list. I immediately subscribed. Very glad this channel is around. Watching more videos confirms my initial impression of Judge Caprio, he's a wonderful person and a fantastic judge.

I come back to this video every once in a while. I really hope this veteran has kids and grandchildren and gets hugged every day. I sure want to hug him everytime I watch this video.
You see clearly that the judge looks at him to get a good feel about the person (around 1:05), with compassion and understanding. This poor guy has clearly medical issues and good manners, great call judge.
