Baby's always looking towards the camera. Mother is probably filming and baby cries to be fed. She's breastfed by mother in between scenes and gets a diaper change. No way these children are totally alone. Not possible. They're actors and cameraman tells them what to do. The person filming is there and takes care of them. Baby would've definitely fallen off the bed by now. This is all for entertainment, show and money of course being the main reason.
