So tired of these haters complaining about the size of the table or the pockets. I mean y' all been making the same comments since the start of tournament, stop it now.
It's not always hate or complaining about the size of the pockets, it's usually just an observation from those who come from English or even more so a Chinese pool table which has super tight pockets. I think this final tends to prove that it's easier for the likes of Chris because he has won tournaments on UK tables, which not only have smaller pockets but also on these tables you can hit the cushion first (quite high up) and the ball still goes in which is not really the case with UK tables. No complaints from me, it is what it is.
You have to understand that the people complaining or commenting about the pockets are English and are used to UK pool or Chinese 8 ball In comparison these pockets look like sink holes, you can hit a cushion half way up and still make the ball comfortably, having that much wiggle room makes everything about the game easier. Easier pots, easier positioning, larger margin for error and therefore easier runouts When you take someone like Chris Melling who is one of the best players on a UK table, he makes these games look like a joke

Every match I’ve watched so far, all the commentators talk about is the damn league. It’s the final match peat sake. We already put up with RUclips ads, now we have listen to your ad o about the league for 10-15 mins 😅
I think this commentators are just fine ,but now that you asked lol ,please allow Tyler STYLER to take the lead once in awhile he could use the experience and after all he Draws his BALL fairly Good . Thanks Hit EM Great not just Good lol .

It’s a different game to English 8 ball. It’s an American bar table pretty similar to a 9 ball table but smaller. The white is also the same size as the rack balls so screw back is harder but top and side spins have lots more effect. It’s not as simple as it looks when you’re used to playing on English tables but yeah, the shots down the rail are easy compared to what we’re used to!

I'm 75 and been chalking up a long time. I cringe when seeing an 8 ball match and commentators call the balls " solids " and " stripes ". It ALWAYS was low ball and high ball! It just sounds amateurish!😮
