I read about this case recently there's no way Ellen took her own life. Sam called his parents and his attorney before he even called 911. Who does that!
This case just show's how much corruption there is in Philly. It doesn't take a forensics expert to conclude that she couldn't do all those stab wounds on her back by herself. I still think eventually this case will be reopened.
The case is going for a judicial determination as to manner of death in Jan - Feb 2022. If it is determined to be Undetermined (currently officially suicide, ) I would guess that the Greenbergs would then sue Samuel Goldberg for unlawful killing., His parents will then be up for enormous legal fees. I know these types - the parents always pay. There is more to this door safety latch than immediately meets the eye. This case smells of a payoff to the police to shut it down. Goldberg's (Sam's) uncle was a lawyer and extremely well connected in Philly politics and police. I don't think it will ever go to a criminal trial for lack of witnesses and a botched police forensic investigation but it sure as hell will go to a civil trial. The body was moved from the time that Sam first found it (he said she was on her back) to the time it was examined by police. Blood traces on the face show this. It seems there is one cell phone photo of the face showing these blood trails but it unclear if the Greenberg's atty has this photo. That's to say it may have been deleted in the intervening period. Gavin Fish's YT site discusses this case and has an extensive library of related document and witness statements. TE. Fidler.
@@AngelaMariesweet_amarie_ i was in a bad accident last year and was set on fire i got lucky my arms hands and face didnt burn just from my chin down to under my bellybutton. But at the hospital they had to send me to the psych unit (after 4 surgeries skin grafts and such) because they said a lot of ppl commit suicide by setting themselves on fire which i couldn't fathom but they finally understood i didnt try to kill myself by fire. The point is sometimes ppl DO the most painful things to off themselves but in her case i dont see how its possible w her neck wound and skull wound.
No freaking way she did that to herself that's obvious to anyone.. I'm with you on this one pretty sure her man did it. There's no reason why he would have called his parents & lawyer Before 911..

Exactly he called them bc he had something to hide !

@Angela Hoffer i still have 3 surgeries to go. I have a gofundme but only 3 ppl donated so im just going to give them their money back.

I Definitely agree with your conclusion, Sam is 100% guilty
💯
Just saw on X , aka Twitter.
Someone suggested Shapiro may have had some connections to Sam’s family. Lots to question here.
Great video.
i really like these longer videos
That makes me so happy I can't thank you enough 😃♥️
😱 sure wouldn't stab myself to death like that.
Right this is crazy
I think Sam did I'm so sure that she didn't do it to herself
Totally agree with you
This is so sad for Ellen and her family!! Karma is coming for Sam… what an a-hole!!
