as a Chinese, i have been stayed in the US and Canada as an exchange student for 6 months.to be honest,the infrastructure,safety problem in some big cities in the US is really backward.Homeless people and druggies have become a serious social problem in the big cities in the US.However,the process of industrialization began in the 19th century in the US. As an saying goes"Rome is not built in one day".China's tremendous development and the progress of industrialization takes 3-4 generations' hard work.And the decline of the US will also take a long time(the coming 10-15 years will become very important for both China and the US).I am really proud about my motherland and we are not afraid of the technology sanction of the US.The road is tortuous, but the future is bright.

When Tiananmen Square protests and massacre happened in 1989 in Beijing I was in school. We were watching those incidences on TV. Those years China was not so developed. Most of the people in China were riding cycles in the streets of China. There was not a big difference between India and China in those years. But now I see that most of the people are riding cars. And we Indians remained in the same place what we were in 1989 may be a little bit developed.

xi'an is great influenced by indian culture in history, the most famouse chinese buddist monk "tang san zang" started his "journey to west" from xi'an to india and brought buddist culture back to china. he had been working in xi'an after coming back. you can see his temple and what he brought back from india in Great groose tower museum, that's a very beatiful place as well.

@@BranRiver-kd3fpYou might be right about the gap between city and country side 20 years ago, not any more, after two decades of development, China’s country side improved so much, people have proper water, electricity supply, nice roads and internet access even in the most remote area, even we Chinese often shocked by the development of the villages. The gap between the rich and poor is definitely not the biggest in the world after visited 33 countries and see stuffs by my own eyes. You need to update your knowledge, China is not waiting for anybody.

as a Chinese, i have been stayed in the US and Canada as an exchange student for 6 months.to be honest,the infrastructure,safety problem in some big cities in the US is really backward.Homeless people and druggies have become a serious social problem in the big cities in the US.However,the process of industrialization began in the 19th century in the US. As an saying goes"Rome is not built in one day".China's tremendous development and the progress of industrialization takes 3-4 generations' hard work.And the decline of the US will also take a long time(the coming 10-15 years will become very important for both China and the US).I am really proud about my motherland and we are not afraid of the technology sanction of the US.The road is tortuous, but the future is bright.
