Normally scene that machanic removeThermostate valve during summer season with intention that ( this is used to keep ingine warm and in summer there is no need to keep enjine warm) Tempreture normally remain 35 to 45 C in summer in my area... Is this practice keeps enjine full efficient? and AC works better under this assumption?

So Kindly advice me what to do, should I buy thermostat and ibstall it pr what should I do. Kindly reply I am waiting for Your Guidance. God Bless You Dear 🙂
Thermostat is essential for engine long life, even in Africa it comes installed in coolant system. If all the parts in your vehicle coolant system are healthy then thermostat must be installed. some time coolant temperature sensor doesn't work properly so fan is kept direct running. Plz verify radiator cap heath and water tubing to coolant reservoir must be leak free and in good condition. Sorry for late response i was not at home for last couple of months.
Sir i have optra 2010. When ever i drive almost 70 KM it gets overheat and collent pipe get very hard with air pressure. Mechanic have replaced gaskit and waterpump but still same. When i check my self I found that pipe from reservior tank to throtle body is blocked by previous owner. Throtle body coolent pipes are very rusty. Also thermostate to throtle body pipe is blocked by putting bolt in pipe. Is that can be a cause of pressurising and overheat?

Thanks brother. firstly ap reservoir tank mein coolant level 60 ~ 70 % se ziada na rakho. 2ndly radiator cap ki spring tension, rubber seal and suction valve ki blockage check kren. if faulty replace radiator cap. 3rdly if ap ke radiator mein water level kam hota hy to ap radiator cap se reservoir tak jane wali tube or its joints ko check kro , ye air tight and leak free honi chahiyay. wish you good luck
Hello sir maruti 800 main Jahan per heater wali pipe lagti hai uski nozzle Tut gai hai jab main Pani dalta ho tu heater wali pipe se nikal jata hai kyunki nozzle tuti Hui hai main aapse yah puchna chahta hun ki agar Jo heater wali pipe ko agar mein band kar dun to koi problem to Nahin aaegi sar ( Only heater pipe ko )
Thanks dear. Fan direct krnay se engine jaldi warm up nahi ho ga. is soorat mein start ke baad apko drive ke liay thora ziada wait krna chahiay. taake engine proper warm up ho sake. Get the engine properly warmed up before drive ,it is better for engine long life.
Thanks for the valuable explanation of working of cooling system. I am facing a problem. My vehicle vagon r 2006model with new coolant filled the vehicle is getting overheated coolant comes out of reservoir with steam. Oil is water free Coolant is free from oil
no problem if coolant level is ok and coolant should flow towards engine when engine is cool and should flow from the engine to tank when engine is hot
Meri car me coolant level kam ho raha hai minimum se bhi neeche 1 week me 1 litre coolant khatam. Aur cabin ke andar water shake hone ka sound aaraha hai. Any idea ?

While topping up coolant i accidentally dropped a silver foil coolant seal inside my reservoir tank can i remove it by flushing coolant system
First check the reservoir hope fully you will find foil there,

It depends on multiple factors i.e. engine load, ambient air temperature, cooling air flow etc. It is variable in different conditions
