Twizy is not popular at all here in Korea. Summer is as hot as 40°C and winter is as cold as -20°C, Twizy is useless for half of a year since it is not equipped with an AC or a heater. And I don't know what you mean by regular k-car size but the most selling car, I mean sedan, is Hyundai's Azera here in Korea. An azera is almost four times as big as Twizy. Average Korean man is about 176cm or so, Twizy is too tiny.
