This video is great. I bought nittaku antipower with the hopes of getting into the realm of anti after trying long pimples and deciding to stay with non-inverted rubbers for my backhand, I was disappointed with that , It still had grip and somehow did give very little disception, had it on a OFF+ Nobilis C from Joola. Fastforward to yesterday I played a guy with a similar setup to yours and got to try and it s completely different a lot of dumpening for fast loops and etc. How would you compare the characteristics of antipower and ABS2 . I got it at 2.0 for antipower. If you have any other recommendations for anti that would also be greatly appreciated
Michael... I play with ABS-2 now, I still confuse if my opponent chop/push the ball with underspin, what you do mostly to counter it with the ABS2 ? In your video I saw that you will chop-block the ball with a slighty side chop movement...
Yrii G It really depends on the quality of the blade. Some carbon blades are fast and stiff, yet it still works well with the anti rubber. But there are also pure wood blades that does not help much. But nevertheless, it is always better to pick a blade that the description says it’s specially made for long pips or anti.
Also it’s mentioned in the description that ABS2 is quite heavy. Do you maybe know its weight in 2.1mm thickness and cut on stardard blade size? Thanks in advance for your reply.
Polina Kelluke I don’t know the exact weight, I can only be sure that it is noticeably heavier than the anti rubbers I play from other brands. Wish you the best!
What about durability of ABS2? How long time high spin reversal is lasting until it becomes weaker? And is it needed some special cleaning for ABS2 to prolongate its condition or just usual cleaning with a piece of cloth or smth? Thanks in advance for reply!
Polina Kelluke high spin reversal lasts for a month. After that it gradually decrease. I usually glue a new rubber around 6 to 8 weeks, I don’t know if cleaning really helps, you can try to find out. Thanks for the comment.

Anton Yang sorry man I didn’t see your message. I usually do lifting or hitting to deal with backspin from opponent.

Michael Tsai is it heavier than normal inverted rubbers or...? I just don’t know how light or heavy other antispin rubbers can be :)
Polina Kelluke it won’t be as heavy as inverted rubber. But it’s heavier compare to rubbers like Diabolic extra slow.

You put one layer of water glue on your blade, then take off the glue sheet on the back of ABS2 and stick it on your blade.

boca ditos 2.5mm is more like for the anti beginner to try out. Stable but lesser spin reversal.
