you can also remove it using some mods/adb tricks where you actually cannot "REMOVE" it but instead it changes the "LANGUAGE" of the assitant to "SILENT" so it technically is still turned on but you cannot hear it and it also doesn't get recorded.
I would really appreciate if you could explain how to do this.

It is a setting option called record unknown callers automatically you can turn of it in settings.

Cube acr work well but sometimes the accessibility permission gets disabled automatically so you need to check regularly.

The worst feature in samsung dailer is that you can't record calls when you enable Wi-Fi Calling. In my daily life I rely heavily on Wi-Fi Calling as the signal reception in my area is bad. Being such a big brand, I don't know why they couldn't do it.

There is a trick which replace Google Text to Speech Service hence removes this announcement
It doesn't work anymore I think
There used to be trick/bug and was enabled by a app called TTS LEXX, what this app did was basically run a script on the text to speech program on the phone and configured it in such a way that the text to speech on the phone became so high pitched and low in volume that it could not be heard when you pressed the record button (it silenced the text to speech bot). But now with the new update google has removed the bug that enabled it and there is no way to bypass this in phones anymore as of now , in future the developer might try to find new bugs and enable this glitch again but idk. Life is sad with recording announcement at the moment

People with old phones don't have this announcement.
The call recording announcement has been made mandatory on all phones launched since mid 2022 by the Govt of India. All Android manufacturers should abide by it I guess,
And the Chinese brands care so much about these laws!
Just go to the settings and increase the Google speech rate simple 😁

In mi phone you can change it into a bell tone instead of announcement.
For Google dialer: go to dialer settings > call recording > turn on play audio tone instead of disclaimer.
This will just play a 'beep' sound instead of that irritating "this call is now being recorded" announcement.

Bro there is an another option in Motorola and Google pixel goto dialer settings and then click on call recording option then you see an option "Play audio tune instead of disclaimer" select it, it will ring one's tune no one can understand what's happening. 😅😅

Google dialler have a updated version recording tone . You change your recording to one (beep) tone .
go to text to speech in settings, then increase speech rate to high and pitch rate to high.. and now when you're going to record call, the sound will literally unrecognizable, just like a sound glitch try it you're gonna love...
