I've always enjoyed watching vids from this station, and I definitely wasn't disappointed. If I were able to I would have gone on to the central platform which would have given me the best shots from this station. I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
They don't use the central platforms at Hadley Wood. Why I don't know, but they only use them in emergencies but since emergencies rarely happen. It'd be rare to see someone on the central platforms. Bummer XD
Well by coincidence it's a rainy end to your ECML Series, still another Brilliant Video. I wonder why one of the VTEC 225s heading Northwards was going slow, normally at Hadley Wood VTEC services are near or at top speed. Also the Nearest London Underground Station to Hadley Wood is High Barnet. The Northern Line which serves High Barnet can easily be extended to Potters Bar allowing for interchange with local bus services, London Underground and Great Northern services and From its Southernmost Station Morden an extension can go to Gatwick Airport with stops at West Croydon, Redhill, Horley, Gatwick Airport Station/South Terminal and Gatwick Airport North Terminal. Of some of the loud horns from the VTEC 225s those sound like Donald Trump. Anyway I look forward to more videos. :-)
It was sods law really that it started raining. Didn't mind though, it gave me some great footage of the rain streaking off the trains as they passed by. The VTEC train was travelling by slowly because the previous train that passed through was only about a minute or so ahead. The 225 horns are some of the loudest on the modern network, but great nevertheless. I'm really grateful that you've enjoyed my ECML series I and I hope you enjoy the rest of my vids that I produce
What does the comment mean below rest in peace class 43s ? Class 43 Hst sets? if so what would replace them on Vtec services to Aberdeen etc.? or his he referring to other class 43s?
The VTEC class 43 HST will be removed from the ECML from 2018 after the introduction of the IEP 800'S take over the route, the hst's will live in Scotland for Abellio ScotRail services, the 225 sets will also find new homes somewhere although a small handful will be retained however they will be running 6 car formations. They will solely be used for Anglo-Scottish services
please may you go back to Newcastle Darlington thirsk york Scarborough Whitby because I want to no can you get a cab tour of any train locomotive I want you to do a episode at all of my stations please my name is Louis graham

Great video. That triple set 321 was an unusual sight.
Looking forward to the surprise location for the next video.
It was a nice surprise for me though, usually just get them doubled up.
Fantastic Video. Well Done.
+Michael A Scott Thank you
Also, in the rush hour, class 313s run semi fast to Welwyn Garden City to Kings cross
The 313's no longer run on that route as they are being scrapped and have been replaced by the class 717
@Tornado922 you should have been on the platforms 2 and 3 for better shots
Hadley Woods probaly the best ECML station to see trains passing through.
I'd have to agree with you there
Stevernidge and potters bar are ok
Hey Tornado922
Fantastic work as usual
Can you film at Alnmouth?
R.i.p Class 43! I hope heritage railways restore them!
+Crazy Adam 8 This shan't be my last vid showing the class 43 so have no fear :)
We have until 2017 to plan a great send off! Come on Britain!
+Crazy Adam 8 I'm sure we can get something planned
What are your next couple of stations going to be because I'd love to meet you!
+Crazy Adam 8 I'm going back to Leighton Buzzard and Cheddington

First hull trains is taken down, now it's Hull trains, but they replaced the first group logo with a heart
I know :)
Isn't that sparking quite dangerous on that 365 at 9:32 ?
No the sparks won't pose any danger
oh...

3:55 is there a reason why the train is going that slow ??
Most likely because it would've been following another train which could've been in the next signal block
Why did the great Northern class 317s go to greater Anglia
Well GN have got new rolling stock coming in so they are just sending their trains off to companies that would find use of them
there getting a new train and a new group called east Midlands railway in 2023
It will be taking over from EMT
yes you are right you should go and see the new electric trains on the MML
have you done leeds if not would you please
Yes Leeds is on my channel if you would like to look
