Margret tripping over the different version of "do what you say you're going to do" is funny to me. There are about three different common ways to say that. To paraphrase Horton the Elephant, "Mean what you say, and say what you mean."
As much as I view Teresa's behaviors as irrational and extreme (on and around this show), I respect her consistency. I believe that a lot of her hair-trigger reactions to loyalty or disloyalty have to do with how she was raised as the daughter of conservative immigrants in the US. Public face is a big deal to her. Joe was not innocent in their interactions; he just seems to have moved on whereas she's still burned up. Melissa was a casualty between the two of them, in my opinion.
Question: how many times have the Gorgas taken accountability in the show for going against Teresa with other cast members to take her down? How many times have you heard an apology from either one of them to Teresa or Jennifer?
JG has said & done so many disgusting things to his sister & Jennifer & not once have I seen him be remorseful or apologize. Teresa's not perfect by any means but she does apologize & she does take some kind of accountability.
