As the COO of the first fintech company in Mongolia, Bayarsaikhan shares his vision on bringing technology-based financial services closer to people of the country where the number of bank cards exceeds the number of citizens. Bayarsaikhan is a passionate product leader, who loves working with motivated teams to drive product features and revenue in high growth companies. He worked for global tech companies as well as founded and exited a couple of tech startups. He understands business and engineering with BSc. in Computer Engineering and MBA from the University of Washington and with a track record managing and working with technical teams in both startups and large high tech corporations.
