3:08 Regarding the question you had about why Aira is able to fully control her powers is because the spirit that gave Aira her powers (from my understanding) isn't alive anymore so Aira is just left with the power without any other person trying to control her. With Okarun in the beginning, he was cursed by Turbo Granny and Turbo Granny was trying to control him so that's why he couldn't just use his powers however he saw fit early on. Now Turbo Granny is not inside of Okraun so he doesn't have to fight someone else for control.
Momo & Okarun are so cute and Momo gotta know that Okarun truly is the Ken Takakura, she's been seeking... only his in the form of a nerd. Am curious to see what sort of drama will Jiji stir up.
You’re so real. I didn’t like Aira before this, felt like I was the only one lol. I don’t find the whole self centered narcissism endearing at all, and the rumor she started topped it off. I’m glad she’s making progress because I couldn’t stand her before and I wanna like her.
I can tell you why I didn’t mind her. Because from her perspective it kinda makes sense. She spread the rumors because she saw Momo use her powers to dump the wash bucket on her. Momo did attack her first in her mind she didn’t even know why Momo did that. Couple with the fact she believed she was a demon and came to her own conclusions instead of knowing what was going on. Granted she does have middle school syndrome but it’s not necessarily a negative imo. And what she did to Okarun was distasteful but not necessarily bad. You’ll come to realize that all the characters that join the group have their antics/flaws in one big area. Aira antic is pretty much narcissistic airhead who lives in her own anime but very much cares for the people who truly knows her and their crazy shared experience.
One reason people enjoyed her, is that she's a sailor moon insert that isn't the MC. So 8th grader syndrome. Then you see she lost her mom, that she learnt about life by studies (even if in this case it's through porn). She clearly had her own deep issues And she did think Momo was a demon, and instead of running she tried to fight her Then after she takes accountability for her actions prior was she realizes she was wrong. Yeah she's broken, but with good intentions And smart enough to change
@@paulbrown9328 you think someone’s a demon so you spread rumors saying the girl’s a slut to ruin her reputation? When in Asia, rumors like that lead to extreme bullying and suicide? I got the whole trying to exorcise Momo but the malicious intent behind spreading rumors for her and not even for Okarun who she saw have an actual demonic like transformation is very telling. It was Momo that took the initiative to save her life. But she only acknowledged Okarun’s efforts because she developed a crush. Also Momo did attack her first yeah but Aira did know why, because Momo said why after she dropped the basin on her head in passing. It was because she was talking shit about a Okarun just because he was an Otaku after pretending to be genuinely interested in him. And she knew this. She even told her to apologize but she never did. Nah she was a shitty person before, very self centered and male centered. There isn’t an excuse for any of her actions towards Momo beyond jealousy and narcissism but she is very much getting better. Thank god.
@@arbitraryify I get feeling sympathy for her 100%. But every time I watched a reaction they found her narcissism and bullying funny and enjoyable. If someone spread malicious rumors about me that could ruin my life and I heard that they had a bad childhood, that wouldn’t suddenly make those actions have good intentions. She has good intentions sometimes but towards Momo not really. She advocated for using Momo as an excuse to save her image this episode but stopped once she started to feel guilty. That guilty feeling that she developed now is progress, but her intentions weren’t good initially.
@@IGleeker oh a lot of reactors had issues with her though Some did see through her issues early, and that's different as well But Tatsu wrote her in a way that highlighted her bad sides too, as to make that flip more powerful As we see later she truly believed she helped others by brightening their days, and you could turn that initial encounter with Okarun as her just trying to brighten someones day. Notice that not once after have we seen this more twisted version of her as she talks about these guys as scum, and Tatsu had her broadcast that across the room just for the scene with Momo. We also see that she is very theatrical later on, in every direction. As for the rumors about Momo here Aria did believe Momo was a demon, and she was using her whole arsenal to combat her - as we know Momo isn't a demon this is terrible, but I think it's more defendable if we did see it from her side. She goes to brighten someones day, she being the sun all revolves around, and then a demon comes and uses magical powers to knock her out. On her saying she would use Momo as a shield, saying Momo forced Aria to strip. Well that didn't happen, she asked her group not to talk about the events at all, and when they blamed Momo, all she had to do was to say nothing. She could have said it was Momo's fault, but instead she realized the damage she had done prior and stopped it completely by revealing it was her the created the rumors. No excuses or half truths. Importantly when Aria and Momo talk later Aria lies and says she backtalked her, when we know she did the opposite. This is important as she's not able to reveal to Momo, or maybe herself, the how she respects her by now. Note how she talks to Momo like a person, in her own voice, while even with her two 'best' friends she acts a role. Given what we have seen she is also someone without any real friends, and living behind a mask (a theme of Tatsu, masking) She is ofc delusional, but I don't think her growth is that she is growing kinder of more accountable, but that she is seeing the world differently and now aligned to ours. was she wrong? Yes. Should we excuse it? No. Even she knew better than that and owned up to it. Note that I unfollowed serval reactors for say making horny comments around SA in EP 1, and for people having fun with the bullying (even as I had read the manga and do know Aria quite well by now, and she is a favorite of mine due to a future arc)
12:16 not exactly but he is with the team now, so yeah attachment successful, LMAO😂😂 15:32 Momo should learn the dynamic, no way Okarun would pissed off his future-granny-in-law,LOL. Yups even for his future-waifu.😅😅😅 17:37 It is girl’s dilemma, you know, Momo is the one woman friend in which Aira could share her new experience but she also her rival, yups basically frenemies. 18:24 12 episode for cour 1, cour 2 coming in Summer 2025 so episode 12 prob end with major cliffhanger not finale.

Momo's friends; it's the closest they could have been to without the knowledge of ghosts and aliens! :p
I feel like episode 12 wouldn't look like a season finale at all. It's more like "the journey will continue"

Or that she needed wasn't a though silent guy, but one that cares and listens to him ^^

Nice!
Not to make a big deal out of this, but... Are you aware your thumbnail labels this as Episode 9?
