There is no way your business will be well managed while living outside the country. They will collapse it for you. I don't think it will be a good idea leaving your farm with people, I just started this month November, I am round, and I am not going back to UK now. You need to know what you are doing, is to do with money
On less you have strong teams and they can be your friends family member I mean people you trust and they can stand like owner and to sacrifice for the job
