This is so true about feeding the wolf. I wanted to lose 20 lbs but ended up gaining 30 lbs. I must admit I was in the right headspace and had a lot of negative self-talk at the time. Now, I'm just focusing on loving my body at my current size, and I workout and eat better. I am just grateful to be where I am in life right now because I know it can be worse.

You said “what is it that I am blocking myself from and why?” - I can’t seem to lose weight and the harder I try the more I seem to put on and the more insecure I feel. I’ve tried accepting myself as I am (bigger size) but none of my clothes fit which makes me feel ever worse. I don’t get what I’m blocking from myself and why? If it’s self acceptance that I’m blocking I don’t get why I’d block that seeming as that would be the solution to my weight gain/loss problem. I really wish I knew what to do 😔.

How about just being yourself ladies? Following all these “rules” is just stupid to the point y’all aren’t even being yourself. I would watch your vids a lot but then it dawned on me….why are YOU the beacon of knowledge? Anyone who thinks they have it all figured out surely doesn’t.

It depends on what being “you” is. I will say margarita’s videos have encouraged me to have the courage to be my natural self more instead of the “pick me” woman I was brainwashed to be by my family and others when I was younger.
I agree with you that some women might not resonate with her content and they should find out who “they” really “are”. But for me, I feel that the type of woman described in these videos aligns with who I really am. I watch these videos because I don’t have a lot of like minded people in my life currently (I moved recently) so I find them inspiring.
Because state of low self-esteem is a no-no. People are entitled to change themselves if their way of living does not bring them joy.

I’ve just realised at 31 after my 4.5 year relationship recently ended that I’ve always attracted and chosen ‘projects’ that use me and offer the bare minimum and I have anxious / co-dependent tendencies due to a deep lack of self esteem, self worth and limiting beliefs. I’ve just started working on self love / self concept and rewiring destructive thought patterns and behaviours. Please can you make a video on how to overcome this x
It is so profound and needed for me as a mother and wife of two boys with spectrum disorders and poor social emotional development to know that my reaction is my reality. I must remember I am a graceful, strong, being. Not a caged fucking animal. I must remember my gratitude. Thanks for putting love and positivity, which emanated for your own self love, into the universe, and good for you.
I completely lost my career drive after i started making over 6 figures and my pool of eligible men (earning more than me) became miniscule. Because i really need a man to make more than me for me to feel hot for him. It's sad isn't it...
It's actually really sad😢 maybe it's also time men start doing some inner work too. I mean love is love. If a man is with you because or how you make him feel that ain't love. Love is unconditional, everything else is just a game to get him to stay/being provided for. And once again are women having to do something in order to get something out of men ( love and being provided) instead of being happy just being and doing what they love. A man should feel masculine all.of his own independently of the women he's interacting with. Masculinity doesn't mean money.

I just saw an interview with the author of the book, "Target 100". Her top technique for losing weight is meditation. Shame and guilt are two of the lowest vibrational states, and if you fixate on these emotions, they will elevate the desire to eat junk because it converts your temptations into forbidden pleasures, and the dopamine rush you get from indulging in them will double. Don't overthink food. Meditate. The entire weight loss industry is filled with shame and guilt, it sells, it traps you. Next time you slip up and drink too many glasses of wine, say to yourself, "well at least I didn't drink 5 glasses and I drank lots of water." It will lift your energy and supercharge your day.
