  • Roger Kitchen's weekend adventure from Narrow Neck beach to Motuihe Island and back with nine other Weta sailors. Gusting low 20's, wind against tide in the Motuihe passage. Self tacker prototype making life easy. Slight mishap at the start getting out to turn the GoPro on!

Why do you have to go into waist deep water to get under way?

Hi John, in Singapore there was a experiment with foils - www.wetamarine.com/news-and-events/video-weta-foiling-experiment/ but the video is no longer there. The Weta is not designed to foil.
