I don’t know if you had recognized later but Mechapede had a debuff/penalty named as scamper exhaustion. It says it prevents reaction fire under the explanation
I started thinking about a mod for X-COM 2. I will call it "Marbozired Gameplay". When the force level reaches 15, it automatically triggers two permanent dark events: - Adaptive Neutronium-based Armor - Mecs, Andromedons, Gatekeepers, and Sectopods gain immunity to any shred - Mimetic multispectral shielding - Mecs, Andromedon shells, Gatekeepers, and Sectopods gain immunity to bluescreen effects
... I'm baffled! I don't even know what to say about this first mission... Well, at least we now know what they manufacture at that Forge: BOSSES! If anything, this makes me have so much more respect for the Hive Queen. The Commander refused to do that mission with her inside, but he pushed through it against 3 other bosses! I'll be very, VERY careful when I reach that facility in my own campaing.
The legate seems poorly thought out. Dots are the answers but half of them are ignored ?. If you don't spoil yourselves, get other ammo/nades, and he makes all other enemies unkillable while he himself is ultra résistant, it's just a hard counter to you. Anyway great video as always.
A wonderful series. BUT! When you add hundreds of mods, I have no sympathy for the player who complains "there have been unforeseen difficulties!!". It is like a patient who is taking one hundred prescription drugs to address dozens of ailments, complaining that there have been "unexpected interactions!!". No shit...

Yeah, I do think both the Mechapedes and the Legates are a bit much.
