maybe you're right elfs loves suju ballads more and their bsides in their albums rather than the title tracks, but you know what elfs loves more? It's their personality and attitude in a variety shows, most elfs became a fan after watching their shows. So being involve in suju its a must to watch any of their variety show because you will learn their personalities and why they are also called variety kings aside from being kings if hallyu wave. I think SJ had their own genre called SJ funky, it was on their Sorry Sorry to SFS era, then they used it again in House Party. But tbh they dont have main genre or concept like other groups. So that's why ELF's taste for their songs kinda different but we are agree that their ballads is the best. Like you said, it showcase their vocals, their rap flow, THE HARMONISATION, etc, and they also known for their R&B style which is beautiful and strong, so we love that. Oh and Don't Leave Me was written by Siwon, heard somewhere he wrote that for ELF before he went to military (you know after SS6 he went to military with Hyukjae and Donghae then left SJ on long hiatus), in Korean version, before rapping, Heechul said "this song made by choi siwon" and it sounds so special to us. I think you got it correct that ELF recommend ballads the most because so many of their title tracks get autotune which leads casual kpop consumers to say "it must be because they can't sing" when it's really just a styling or sound effect choice by the producer. Obviously, every member of Super Junior can sing and I will dare to say that all of them sing extremely well and have a unique sound, besides, not to mention the triple power that is Kyuhyun, Ryeowook and Yesung. I am not fond of ballads either. There are exceptions across all of the artists I listen to and in particular, among them all, Super Junior has the most number of ballads that I actually love and will listen to on purpose. I prefer their more lively or aggressive or cheerful or rock or sexy songs (yeah I went there, lol). The concert director for SS4 was Yun Seong Yeol, for SS5 was Shim Jae Won, he is actually a performance director and choreographer in SM, he started as a backup dancer for Shinhwa, S.E.S and BoA, then he debuted in Black Beat (they were an infortunate group even if they were like the perfect group with amazing singers and dancers, Jaewon and Sang Hoon are still in SM as director and coreographer, and Jang Jin Young Is a SM vocal trainer, some of their coreograph are the base of other SM group coreo, like Shinee's Lucifer). Jaeeon is still Active as dj in Beat Burger. Even if Jaewon was the director of SS5, Eunhyuk and Shindong collaborated with him.
I always like the B side Suju's songs...and they all have different genres & tastes...that's why you have to see their (SS) concerts...There are even songs that are not in the album and can only be seen/heard at the concert.
Personally it depends on my mood, which is why you will also see their official channel had mood playlists lol so you can pick if you want to listen something ballady or upbeat. Suju had a genre era where they were into a funk sound (which came back for a peak in House Party) but they mainly try to do different types of dance tracks for titles as you already saw, different tries for edm and disco all backed up with a powerful and stable ballad bsides which I think help them a lot when it comes to trying different sounds because even if the fans dont like the title they will like the bsides and they can always experiment with new sounds the next time. I was wondering will we be watching D&E? You've been praising Donghae's vocals a lot so maybe we can listen to him as the main vocalist? D&E titles are all upbeat and they are written by Donghae too! We will definitely ask you to watch their comeback for their anniversary in a couple of months and I hope we can at least watch Growing Pains and Danger which are the two sides of their sound? If that makes sense and we have the time for it Can You Feel It and Oppa Oppa which are kpop epics in a sense which you will only understand after hearing them. I'm like you, I'm not really a ballad person, and suju have a lot of dance bops. Also there are a lot of crazy fun stages, crossdrssing or cosplay, they really go nuts on those. ELF like ballads too much...
ELFs love super junior's ballad because it's very different from their personality and their title tracks. I'm not fond of ballads especially from a kpop group but they are the only exception. Their vocals are amazing. Since they have different kinds of voices, they blend very well. And I would agree 100% that kangin's voice is good. I think his voice suits ballads more because of it's husky, soothing yet sexy voice. I miss him and Sungmin.

I don't think that ELF prefer more the ballad, but I think that we tend ti suggeste them because except ELF nobody know how good singers SuJu are, the other fandom and casual listener think they are more an entrrtainer group than not singers. Probably of you ask ELF their favourite song, you would have a more wide selection. For example my favourite SuJu song is A Man in Love. I also think that many ELF are "new" ELF (maybe I'm wrong), so they suggest you only their more recent song (from their Mamacita album onward) and from their more recent SS.

If that makes sense and we have the time for it Can You Feel It and Oppa Oppa which are kpop epics in a sense which you will only understand after hearing them. (Oppa Oppa still rocks because they are hot enough to pull it off omg hahahaha sorry for rambling)

I'm like you, I'm not really a ballad person, and suju have a lot of dance bops. Also there are a lot of crazy fun stages, crossdrssing or cosplay, they really go nuts on those. ELF like ballads too much...

It's the group with the most different main vocals. but still compatible to this day
ELFs love super junior's ballad because it's very different from their personality and their title tracks. I'm not fond of ballads especially from a kpop group but they are the only exception. Their vocals are amazing. Since they have different kinds of voices, they blend very well. And I would agree 100% that kangin's voice is good. I think his voice suits ballads more because of it's husky, soothing yet sexy voice. I miss him and Sungmin.

Maybe because you've already check out all title song, almost of them are dance song, so ELFs suggest ballad songs, because Super Junior voices are best in ballad song. And some ballad songs were composed by member which made them more meaningful to fans.
Btw, it would be nice If u can check out some joyful stages like Wow Wow Wow, Shirt, Bambina, Rockstar, Runaway, Rokkugo, Walkin ... which our boys played around ^^

- Also in SS6 the Japanese concert Shindong is not there, because he enlisted after the Seoul concert.
- SS4 - SS5 Leeteuk and Heechul appear and disappear or disappear and appear idk in some concert recordings we see them and in other's we don't. They enlisted during this time. First Heechul in ss4 then Leeteuk in ss5.
- In SS3 it was Kangin that was missing. He was the first to ever enlist in Suju.

I don't think that ELF prefer more the ballad, but I think that we tend ti suggeste them because except ELF nobody know how good singers SuJu are, the other fandom and casual listener think they are more an entrrtainer group than not singers.
Probably of you ask ELF their favourite song, you would have a more wide selection. For example my favourite SuJu song is A Man in Love. I also think that many ELF are "new" ELF (maybe I'm wrong), so they suggest you only their more recent song (from their Mamacita album onward) and from their more recent SS.
