Actually, every main game since 10 has directly related to the previous one. Kanako was the one who gave Utsuho the Yatagarasu's corpse (which is why the EX-stage for that game was at the Moreya Shrine), Orin's geyser blasts from 11 freed the Palanquin Ship, setting up 12, and the Bhuddist shrine built at the end of 12 was built directly atop Toyosatomimi no Miko's tomb, actually -delaying- the events of 13 and setting the stage for the rivalry that will no doubt dominate the upcoming 13.5.

That sounds pretty fishy. Anyways it's not too hard to get the games if you know where to look. I bought Ten Desires off Amazon for $50, and later on I actually found out this bookstore not too far away not only will carry the books/manga/ games, but if they don't have it they will order it from Japan for like 5 dollars extra on top of their $25.75 price tag for any of the games (Was suprised to see every single game from EoSD to TD in one shelf.)

@jq1790 and then it happens to start glitching and the curses last for random amounts of time, so you flip it only to realize that it lasted for just a few seconds. And normally you would go "Oh COOL!" except for the fact that that skeleton just totally pwned you and you have to start all over again. Meanwhile the NES god is laughing at our futile efforts to beat the game xD. -sighs of memoriable nes gaming actions-
@jq1790 thats why all the controls are reversed like those stupid curses on some of the games, and you had to flip the controler in order to play right XD
