The fact that u didn’t put Embiid for the 76ers is just bad. Without Embiid, Philly is dog sh*t. They were the 2nd seed in the east before Embiid went down with that injury. Now they are fighting for 6th. They obviously started winning when Embiid came back and that shouldn’t be a shock to anyone. Philly is 29-8 with Embiid and 14-27 without Embiid. If that isn’t what mvp is I don’t know what is.

As a 76ers fan, if maxey was able to keep us as a 2nd seed on maybe go down to as low as the 4th seed without Embiid then he would be my mvp pick but we looked so bad without Embiid for these several weeks. I mean in our first 40 games when Embiid played, we won like 13 or 14. Well in the 29 games Embiid missed, we lost 18 of those games.

Stop looking at just points in a vacuum. Grizzlies as a whole are a lottery team this year, missing key players damn near the whole season, which in turn gives JJJ a much larger role. Compared to last year, his shot attempts are up but his FG% is down horrendously.
@@delz5863 Yes but if you watched the grizzlies this season and especially Jaren, you notice that he improved not only his numbers, but his offensive game. He obviously had to but it’s not a given. He showed this year that he can be a leader on the offensive side. I was angry because he only mentioned his defense which is worse this year. He has taken the next step. Embiid was like the best player for half the season then didn’t play the other half. Tyrese played as the second best player when Joel was there and playing as the best player when Joel went down. It’s not the best player it’s the most valuable. How can you be valuable when you don’t even play? No disrespect to Joel he’s clearly the best player and would’ve won MVP if he hadn’t gotten injured.
